1. Brand and Company Information:
SUPERX AI PTE. LTD. and SUPERX INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. are wholly-owned subsidiaries of SuperX AI Technology Limited (NASDAQ: SUPX).
SuperX is a brand of SuperX AI Technology Limited. All SuperX products are authorized by SuperX AI Technology Limited and SUPERX INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. The SuperX brand and this Site are operated by SUPERX AI PTE. LTD..a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 30 Pasir Panjang Road, #06-31, Mapletree Business City, Singapore, 117440.
2. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for accessing the Site in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.
The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
11. Miscellaneous:
Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver: No waiver of any term is a further or continuing waiver.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior agreements.
Assignment: We may assign these Terms without your consent; you may not assign without our written consent.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
